Hello friends, how are you all up? Today is Wednesday, February 27, 2019. Today I went to campus at 6:30 a.m. then I and my group friend made a soup whose ingredients had been prepared yesterday. I and my group make is Minestrone Soup.

The first thing I did was take all the ingredients prepared yesterday from the cheeler, then I made the tomato sauce:



After the tomato sauce was finished, we then started making the Minestrone soup. The first thing we did was to saute all the ingredients (except macaroni and white beans) in stock pot:




Then put white stock and tomato sauce:

After boil, simmer until the vegetables are cooked. After that put the macaroni and simmer again until the macaron is cooked. Then enter the blanched white beans, parmesan cheese, celery and seasoning.



Recipe "Minestrone Soup"

Quantity - Ingredients:

125 ml - olive oil
500 g - onion, sliced thin
250 - celery, small dice
250 g -carrots, small dice
10 ml - garlic, chopped
250 g -green cabbage, shreeded
250 g - zucchini, medium dice
500 g - canned tomatoes, crushed
5 l - white stock
5 ml - dried basil
175 g - small macaroni
750 g - white beans
60 ml chopped parsley
to taste- salt
to taste - pepper
as needed parmesan cheese

Procedure:

1. Heat the oil; in a heavy pot over medium heat
2. Add the onion, celery, carrots, and garlic. sweet them in the oi; until almost vtender..
3. Add the cabbage and zucchini.stir to mix the vegetable . continue to sweat another 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomatoes stock and basil. bring to a boil, reduce haet, and simmer until the vegetables are almost cooked.
5. Add the pasta and continue to simmer the soup until the pasta is cooked.
6. Add the beansand returm to soup a boil.
7. Add the parsley. season to taste with salt and pepper.
8. Just before servise, top the parmesan cheeese, or serve cheese separetly.



After the Minestrone soup has been prepared, we also prepare the all ingredients to make the main course tomorrow. That is cutting the ingredients of pelecing sayur and the duck seasoning then the 5 hour brine before cutting.

After everything is finished, we also clean the tools that we have used and do general cleaning so that our kitchen is kept clean.
