Haaaloooo friends :) Just like yesterday, I left for campus when the morning air still felt so cold and cool, there were still some parents who were exercising in the morning along the way, and I arrived on campus before 7:00 am.
When I arrived in the kitchen, I saw my friends were already busy with their respective activities. I immediately put my bag in the locker and i go to sousvide the chicken brust. Then I took the peanut to roast it to make a garnish.
After that, I immediately take the prepared materials yesterday from the cheeler.
After the chicken brust is sousvide, we immediately put all ingredients except the peanut and french bread in a large bowl and mix it, after everything has been mixed with the chicken salad the mixture has been mixed.
After we have finished making an appetizer for 1.1 rotation, we immediately prepare the ingredients for soup rotation 1.2, namely Minestrone Soup.
Recipe " Minestrone Soup"
Quantity - Ingredients
125 ml - olive oil
500 gr - onions, sliced thin
250 gr - carrots, small dice
250 gr - celery, small dice
10 ml - garlic, chopped
250 gr - green cabbage, shreeded
250 gr - zucchini, medium dice
500 gr - canned tomatoes, crushed
5 L - white stock
5 ml - dried basil
175 gr - small macaroni, such as ditalini
750 gr - drained, canned cannellini or other white beans
60 ml - chopped parsley
to taste - salt
to taste - pepper
As needed - parmesan cheese, grated
Procedure:
1. Heat the oil in a heavy pot over medium heat
2. Add the onions, celery, carrots, and garlic. Sweat them in the oil until almost tender. Do not brown
3. Add the cabbage and zucchini. stir to mix the vegetable. continue to sweat another 5 minutes
4. Add the tomatoes, stock, and basil. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until the vegetables are almost cooked.
5. Add the pasta and continue to simmer the soup untril the pasta is cooked
6. Add the beans and return soup to a boil
7. Add the parsley, season to taste with salt and peper
8. just before service, top with the parmesan cheese, or serve cheese separetely.
After that I immediately made tomato sauce and stored it in cheeler. Then after prayer I immediately helped my friend who had difficulty making pastry cream. Then after that we immediately cleaned up the tools we used and did general cleaning so that our lovely kitchen was kept clean.
